Refund policy

Please be mindful that because we partner with hand block printers, weavers and embroiderers who use hand techniques and processes, minor aberrations in textile, print and sewing are part of the character and genuineness of the textile and not a defect. We take great care in quality inspecting our goods before they ship out and are confident that you will love them even more when you see them in person!

Items may be returned for a full refund/exchange/store credit within 30 days of the order date, provided the following requirements are met: 

Merchandise is unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as shipped.

We will only accept returns with tags on and in the original packaging.

Please do so within 30 days of receiving the product and provide transaction details while requesting refund or exchange.

The exchange process may involve issue of a store credit or refund as mutually agreed upon by the customer and our customer service team.

Exceptions to the Return Policy

Final sale, Made to order or customized orders do not qualify for refund or exchange.

Return processing Time

Once your return has been processed you will receive a return shipping label through email. Upon receiving and weighing by the carrier, please allow up to 7 business days for it to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange has been completed. Once you receive a refund notification, the refund will show on your credit card or payment mode in a few days.

Missing or Lost package

Please report all packages as missing or lost within 1 week of the expected delivery date. You can report a package as missing by emailing customer service at meenu@fyolifyoliusa.com If a package is reported as missing more than 1 week after expected delivery date, you will be requested  to file a claim with the postal carrier and we cannot guarantee a replacement.
