🌼Handwoven in Vidarbha region of Maharashtra by men and women weaver artisans. We are reimagining Bagh natural dye hand woodblock prints with our own take on it with a series of prints inspired by both nature and culture.

Story

Designed by us, these were hand printed in village Bagh using natural dyes by generational artisan Arif Mohmd. Khatri. The color combination of undyed natural off white dots over deep red base derived from Tamarind seed paste is gorgeous here which you will appreciate even more in person! Beautiful border features a double spiral motif symbolizing eternity in Aipan ceremonial drawings from the Himalayan foothills region of Kumaon, Uttarakhand. These black dye is derived from ferrous iron dye.
